Use the optional service to organise your deals. You can download and fill in an agreement document to record your arrangement. Using it is voluntary.
Mutual ratings
To create transparency, there is a mutual rating system where you can rate your exchange partner or their deals.
Always be polite and fair to others.
Once you receive a rating, you will be informed by email.
Chat in messages (inbox)
In your inbox you will find your messages. Here you can contact your exchange partner through their deal or profile and talk directly.
Suspicious messages can be reported. We will take care of them.
Once you receive a message, you will be informed by email.
Create favourites
You can also save deal favourites and return to them any time so nothing gets lost. If you want to see the most popular deals, you can filter them and like them too.

Here you can create, manage, edit and delete new deal listings. You can also view your ratings and access your favourites whenever you want.

All deal offers of course take place in line with the country-specific corona measures. You can add your own wishes or conditions in your deal description.
Please also check with the foreign authorities about the current entry, exit and protection rules.
An exchange is usually based on non-professional, mutual favours.
For any longer-term arrangement such as a mini job, voluntary work, a commercial exchange or similar, you must of course check the legal rules, any reporting obligations, required permits and tax aspects.
Helpindeal only gives you the structured classifieds marketplace, contact options, listing creation and mutual ratings. The process itself is your responsibility, and helpindeal is not liable for it.
Please make sure you have sufficient insurance if you stay in other people's homes or travel. We recommend clarifying this with your exchange partner in advance.
